Country Window & Door isn’t just a business, it’s a family effort, built on the belief that people still want to work with people. No call centers. No revolving installers. Just the same crew showing up every time, doing work they’d be proud to put their name on.
We’re not polished. We’re not scripted. But we’re here, and we care.

His approach is straightforward: listen, answer your questions, and recommend what fits your home without pressure. Roger values clear communication, dependable service, and relationships that last beyond installation.

Chief Morale Officer
Rebel
Rebel is our Australian Shepherd and the happiest member of the crew. She loves fetch, tug, and nose work, and considers every break an invitation to play.
Despite extensive training and impressive self-control, she still thinks a lightning-fast face lick is a perfectly reasonable greeting. She keeps us laughing, reminds us to take breaks, and occasionally helps round up an escaped chicken.
Why It Matters

These aren't random crews. These are our people. The same names from start to finish. We don't hand you off. We don't send strangers. You’ll know who’s in your home. That’s how it should be.
Our installers are Country Window & Door employees, not 1099 subcontractors. Every employee undergoes an in-depth background check, and our installers are paid for their time, not by the number of windows they install, so the focus stays on doing the job right, not rushing to the next one.
