Josh isn’t flashy, but his work speaks for itself. Josh is already on the job before most people find their shoes. He doesn’t say much — he’s too busy making sure your windows are level, sealed, and looking sharp. He’s the reason your neighbor walks over and says, “Dang, who did your windows?”

Carissa is the reason your project stays on track. She keeps quotes moving, installs scheduled, and everyone in the loop. If something needs handling, she’s already on it. Her calm coordination keeps things running smooth — even when the schedule’s packed and the inbox is full.

Nate is cool, calm, and always in control. He keeps the crew moving and the job rolling. He’s not loud, but things just work better when he’s there. When the team needs something, Nate’s already got it done.

Erik has been with Country Window & Door for about a year and has quickly become a dependable part of our team. He is hands-on, detail-oriented, and takes pride in doing the job right the first time.

Rebel is our Australian Shepherd and the happiest member of the crew. She lives for fetch and will keep playing as long as her legs will let her. She is also a pro at tug and nose work, always ready to turn any break into game time.

She’s got amazing self-control most of the time — except when it comes to jumping up to greet you or sneaking in a lightning-fast face lick. That habit is why she had to retire from her nursing home and hospital visits. She’s just too fast, and honestly, a little too proud of it.

Even on busy days, she’s always ready to brighten the mood. She keeps everyone laughing, reminds us to take breaks, and has even been known to help wrangle an escaped chicken or two when the need arises.
